Dear Reader:

I will be stopping Chemical Comics Daily effective immediately. This was not a recent or an easy decision, and I leave with some sadness. My interests have shifted, however, and I believe I've done what I can do within the constraints of daily deadlines. I am eager to work at a more thoughtful pace, with fewer artistic compromises. I have not yet decided on future projects, but my relationship with comics will continue.

That so many readers would follow Chemical Comics Daily is an honor I'll long be proud of, and I've greatly appreciated your support and indulgence over the last four years. Drawing this comic strip has been a privilege and a pleasure, and I thank you for giving me the opportunity.

It's been a long time coming. I hated my last couple months' worth of strips but wasn't positive I'd do it until I actually did it. Now I'm sure it was the right choice. Since I dropped, I don't have the deadline looming all the time and can think more clearly. I've got a bunch of new ideas!

Ah well... Chemical Comics is gone, but the Timmy lives on. :)

Perhaps a certain sci-fi comedy is nearing it's time to be penciled...
Or... or you preparing SANDWICHBOT-5000: THE MOVIE or the WARHARE film?

Either way... I look forward to reading and/or co-creating great film/video/graphic novels/public nuisances with you, brother. :)
